Bill & Jodi Sy

OUR NEW SENIOR PASTOR!

We are so thankful and excited about this opportunity to join the

Oak Avenue family!

Bill has been a pastor for over 30 years in OH, MI, MN, and CA.

They both grew up in Christian homes (Bill in Western New York

and Jodi in Columbus, OH.)

They met and graduated from Capital University in Columbus

where they grew in mutual love for the Lord and each other. Bill

received his Master of Divinity from Trinity Seminary also at

Capital. Bill has served in various ministry roles in large multi-

staff churches and in smaller settings. Regardless of the church

size, Bill and Jodi love people with a contagious love of the Lord.

Jodi enjoys women's ministry and supporting Bill in pastoral

ministry. Bill enjoys using humor, drama, and a practical

application approach to teaching God's Word.

We are believing God has great things in store for Oak Avenue!

Eph. 3:20-21 “Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more

than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus”
